ReachX is supporting with a sell-side mandate for a pioneering telecoms mobile ap. The company is looking for an interim Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor who can be based remotely.
The company has produced a market leading mobile application and is now looking for a buyer. They are looking for an Interim M&A Advisor to support with the sell side process.
The project can be remotely, working from home and offers flexible work options which could include a few days a week. This will be based on the availability of the M&A Advisor.
The key deliverables of the role:
- Supporting with the Sell Side mandate
- Communicating with C Level business stakeholders
- Reviewing existing buyer portfolios to see how the mobile application could fit into a portfolio
Experience needed:
- Previous Corporate Finance and/or M&A experience
- Experience with Telecoms sector and/or telecoms mobile aps
- Any understanding of mobile aps or browser based applications would be desirable
For this project all candidates must be operating as an independent consultant.
The role can be based remote.
