Job Title: Interim Corporate Finance/M&A Consultant

ReachX is looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Advisor to work with a telecoms company on their M&A activities. This is a temporary position for a duration of 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Advise the telecoms company on their M&A activities.
- Conduct due diligence on potential targets or investors.
- Structure and negotiate deals, including term sheets and other legal documentation.
- Work closely with the management team to provide strategic advice and support throughout the transaction process.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Consulting.
- Proven experience in successfully executing M&A deals and fundraising activities in the Telecoms sector
- International (european telecom ) experience useful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work on an interim contract basis
