M&A/Corporate Finance Consultant – NEO Bank (Contract Role, UK-Based)
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Consultant with expertise in NEO banking to support a strategic review and potential sale of a digital bank. This contract role will involve:
- Conducting a strategic review of pricing structures and identifying areas for improvement.
- Performing valuation work in preparation for a potential sale.
- Providing insights into financial modelling, investor positioning, and M&A processes.
Requirements:
- Strong background in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A advisory.
- Experience from a Tier 1 investment bank
- M&A experience with NEO banks, challenger banks, card companies or fintechs
- Proven ability to assess pricing strategies and market positioning.
This is a contract role based in the UK. Immediate availability is preferred.
This is a UK-based contract role with an immediate start.
Compensation will be both a retainer and success fee
