About Us: We are working with a leading private equity firm committed to identifying and executing superior investment opportunities in the CORE Plus infrastructure sectorThe Project: The advisor will be responsible for the comprehensive analysis of European Private Equity fund portfolio companies to identify potential acquisition targets. This will involve detailed mapping and identification of opportunities that align with our client's investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to map out investment landscapes within the infrastructure sector.
• Analyze portfolio companies of European Private Equity funds for potential acquisition.
• Develop a strategic approach to sourcing investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess and prioritize targets.
• Provide expert advice on the feasibility and potential of identified targets.
• Assist in the due diligence process and contribute to investment decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in consulting or private equity.
• Proven track record of identifying and evaluating investment opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Ideal Profile:

• 2-5 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK).
• Additional experience in private equity or investment banking is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the infrastructure investment landscape.
• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
