Responsibilities
Provide client with a fairness opinion on their financing of a sale/repurchase structure between a commodities trading firm and a commodities producer
Points to analyse will cover PnL attribution, Structure, Security package and price of the transaction
Experience
Senior (pref MD level) in an investment bank
Understanding of commodities finance transactions
The project is expected to last a few weeks and offers remote and total flexible work options.
The project is outside of IR35.
