Strategy Consultant Or Corporate Finance Advisors: EU Industrials Project

ReachX is hiring for a Strategy Consultant to support our client who is seeking control and minority investment opportunities across industrial companies in Europe with a value of between 30M-300M Euros. 

For this role we need a Former C-Level or former Senior banker or Consultant who has experience with: EU PACKAGING / PAPER / CHEMICALS SPECIALISTS in-depth knowledge of one of those core markets:   SPAIN - ITALY - UK - FRANCE - GERMANY 

Project and Client Summery 

We are looking for control and minority investment opportunities in industrial Companies in Europe with a focus on sustainability and an enterprise value of 30 to 300 Mn euros. Within industrials, we are more focused on packaging (both flexible and rigid, plastic and paper), specialty materials (including composites, auto components, non wovens, geosynthetics, etc.), specialty chemicals and specialty paper. We will prefer bilateral / proprietary deals but can look at processes too. EBTIDA positive (high single - double digit margins): 

pan Europe - more focus on north - France Italy Spain Germany Uk Benelux Ireland Sweden / Finland (less interest in Eastern Europe) 

products: carboard boxes - specialty materials - carbon fiber - specialty chemicals - fine chemicals (coating chemicals)- specialised chemicals -specialty paper - labels - wallpapers interesting  

- common themes - specialty + sustainability 

-ideally not public companies (unless carve out)   

- Process - >  main focus on reach out with initial effort on limited number of markets 

Required Experience 

• Previous experience as a Former C Level, Senior Banker or Consultant  

• Experience in EU Packaging, Paper and/or Chemical Specialist 

• Understanding of these above markets in SPAIN - ITALY - UK - FRANCE - GERMANY 

• Exposure to companies and the ability/experience to seek investment opportunities  

Project fees: with a retainer + a success fee  

Flexible/remote assignment working options are available.
