Senior Advisor (CFO/Consultant/Corp Fin) - Media Sector Analysis

Our client is looking at a private deal in the space of companies offering content purchases or debt financing to Youtubers or other online content owners (i.e., royalty payments or other similar arrangements for cash up-front offered to the creators in exchange for rights to revenue in the future)

This is a short-term consulting assignment which can be conducted remote.  

Key deliverables of the assignment include:  

• Market analysis of different companies in this space
• Ability to speak with existing companies or ex-employees to understand more about the sector
