Chief Financial Officer – Asset Financing / Equipment Leasing 

ReachX is recruiting for a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) or Corporate Finance Professional for our client. The company would like to recruit a senior professional to help secure debt financing for purchase of battery assets that will be leased to downstream customers.  

The company is in the early stages of deployment and would like to understand requirements needed to access future debt financing.  

The CFO can be based remotely and work to a flexible time zone.  

Core responsibilities:  

• internal preparation for future financing 

• external communication with debt financing institutions 

• closing of the actual financing 

• interaction with financial modelling experts already working with the firm 

• 1/2 days per week project, leading to a fundraise $10-20M of debt 

Experience required: 

• CFO/Corp Fin specialist with experience in Asset Financing / Equipment Leasing 

• Sector experience in: Clean Tech, Energy, or Green Tech 

Location: Remote (UK, Ireland, Europe preffered but other locations considered) 

Sector Experience Required: Clean Tech, Energy, or Green Tech 

Duration of Project: 30 weeks, circa 1-2 days a week (or flexible around the successful advisor)  

Rate: Competitive day rate with retainer and success fee
