Summary
ReachX is supporting with a sell-side mandate for an internationally recognised E-commerce SaaS (Software As A Service). The company is UK based and is now looking for a UK based Interim M&A Advisor who can provide advisory support on dual track $5M equity fundraise (last transaction in Q2 2021 was at a post money valuation of circa $50M) and potential sale of the company,
The project can be remotely, working from home or based with the client in London/SF. The key deliverables of the role:
Identifying and introducting potential strategic or financial investors
Preparing all transaction documentation (marketing materials, list of investors)
Negotiation and execution of the transaction
Communicating with C Level business stakeholders
Experience needed:
Previous Corporate Finance and/or M&A experience from a top bank or consulting firm
Experience with Ecommerce, SaaS
Exposure to Emerging Markets
For this project all candidates must be operating as an independent consultant.
The role can be based remote but based in the UK.
