Commercial Due Diligence - Payday Lending Sector 

Our client, a DACH based Growth Equity Fund, is looking to complete the acquisition of a minority stake in a leading CEE based payday lender. They are looking for an experienced consultant with a background in consumer lending to prepare commercial due diligence on the target. 

Key requirements: 

• Proven track record in preparing commercial due diligence. 

• Prior experience with consumer lending businesses. 

Beneficial requirements: 

• Experience or familiarity with CEE markets. 

The project is expected to be remote and is likely to be 2-3 weeks in duration. Interested parties should apply in the next 2-3 days. 

Location: 

The ideal candidate can be remote but candidates based in Austria, Slovenia, Romania or Bulgaria would be desirable (but not essential). All EU countries will be considered. 

The project will be paid on a highly competitive rate.
