Corporate Finance Advisor: Electric Vehicle /Battery Sector – Remote
ReachX is hiring for an Interim Corporate Finance Advisor and require a VP level former Investment banker from top tier firm to work remotely on an asset-backed financing transaction in the EV (Electric Vehicle) / Battery sector.
Project duration: 12 weeks
Core responsibilities
-Responsible for modelling key financing scenarios
-Develop and analyse sensitivities
-Prepare presentation and info memo for investors
-Work directly with Chairman of leading EM FINTECH platform
Previous experience required:
Vice President Level former Investment Banker
Experience from a top tier investment firm
Experience with asset backed financial transactions
Understanding of EV (Electric Vehicle) or Battery sector
The successful advisor will be paid a highly competitive day rate.
