Interim Consultant (Fund Administration/Pensions/Trusts) – Pre Deal Analysis for Merger

ReachX are sourcing a remote Interim Corporate Finance or Investment/Strategy Consultant to provide analysis support of the acquisition of two businesses in the offshore international pensions, private client trust, corporate services and fund administration sectors.

We are looking for support from experienced operators in the sectors to advise on the analysis and growth plans for the businesses. This could include: pre deal analysis, market analysis, project implementation and/or strategic planning.

The key deliverables of the role are to provide insights in:

- Company, industry and competitive insight

- Business development sales insights

- Growth strategy consulting - organic & inorganic growth opportunities

Key experience required should be across any of the following:

-       offshore international pensions, private client trust, corporate services and/or fund administration sectors
