Chief Financial Officer – Blockchain (Remote)
ReachX is recruiting for a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) for our client in the blockchain space. The company has a reputation as a leading Web3 protocol.
The CFO can be based remotely and work to a flexible time zone.
Core responsibilities:
FP&A
Balance Sheet and Crypto Asset Management
Treasury duties
Regular reporting
Risk assessments
Financial modelling
Tax optimisation
Experience required:
Previous CFO or Finance Director experience ideally within a crypto/blockchain environment
Understanding of financial models
Understanding of Web3 protocols
Past treasury, fund or venture capital management experience
Background working with financial risk management
Desirable experience: exposure from Big 4 accounting firm and/or professional qualifications.
Location: remote
Sector Experience Required: Blockchain
Duration of Project: 26 weeks, circa 2 days a week (flexible around the successful advisor)
