Corporate Finance Analyst – Project Finance (Modelling ,Toll Road/Concession)

A potential client is looking to raise 600m to develop a toll bridge under a BOT model potentially. A full set of studies was done in by another organisation in 2016 and an update in 2021 by another company. To be able to decide whether to take this project or not, it has been decided with the client that a simple model would be developed to determine the IRR, cash flow sequencing.

At this stage it is NOT a full fledge project finance / bankable mode, but a simplified version.

We would be looking for a consultant with modeling capabilities, ideally with a toll road / concession experience and preferably in emerging market to be familiar with issues of currency convertibility, high inflation..

Core project responsibilty is:

• Creation of a model on how much revenue will be generated over set periods of time

We expect candidates to have experience with:

• Project finance
• Modelling skills within Project Finance
• Experience with Toll Roads OR Highways or Construction OR Bridges

Location: Remote and Flexible hours

10-15 days project to start to do a first pass at the model.
