ReachX is currently seeking an experienced Interim Corporate Finance Advisor to work with a leading sports and wellness company. This opportunity involves spearheading a growth equity raise of £5 million to fuel the company's expansion plans. The position is remote, and we welcome candidates from across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the executive team of the sports and wellness company to develop a comprehensive growth equity strategy.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to assess the company's growth potential.
- Lead the end-to-end deal management process, including structuring, negotiating, and closing the £5 million raise.
- Provide expert financial advice and strategic recommendations to support the company's growth objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the fundraising process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Corporate Finance, ideally within the leisure, sports, or gym industries.
- Strong track record of successfully executing growth equity raises or similar funding initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of the sports and wellness market landscape, with an understanding of pilates industry trends being a plus.
- Effective negotiation and communication abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- UK-based with the flexibility to work remotely and support the company's needs during the fundraising process.
