Interim Corporate Finance Director

ReachX is a fast-growing London-based startup offering B2B financial services to institutional investors and corporates. The ReachX Deal Platform links institutional investors with mid cap buy and sell side deals.

We are looking for Corporate Finance Director to join our team to help assess, review and market our deals to our institutional investor network. Our institutional investor network includes:

· Private Equity/Debt Funds Infrastructure/ Real Assets

· Asset Managers

· Family Offices

· Corporates

You can expect to have a significant impact, generate a lot of value, shape the performance marketing strategy of the company.

What we're looking for

• Understanding of how to analyse a deal and end o end deal management
• Strong understanding of the deal process with Private Equity and/or Private Debt and/or Real estate funds
• Strong commercial skills
• Business development experience and an interest to link in with our investor network

This project will suit consultants who are looking for interim, ad hoc and/or remote projects. The successful candidate will be paid a competitive day rate and could work remotely and with flexible work hours. This will also include an above market rate performance bonus associated with this position.
