Corporate Finance Advisor – Fintech Fundraising
ReachX is seeking a Corporate Finance - fundraising advisor for a European Fintech looking to raise EUR5m to fund expansion into the UK and wider European market. We may also seek incremental funds to start early entry into the US. The business is revenue generating and provides credit risk management services to major banks and virtual CFO services to SME’s.
About the client: fast growing European fintec providing portfolio management software to major banks and real time financial monitoring to their SME customersCore responsibilities:

• Advisor would be assisting client to prepare materials
• Approaching investors
• Organising meetings
• Advising on negotiation strategy
• Co-ordinating legal and accounting services
• Soliciting final offers, and advising on the relative merits.

Experience needed:

• we would like candidates to be able to provide examples of fundraises they have managed in the fintech sector

Role starts asap (looking to introduce candidates this week or early next) and would be for an initial 3-month period, extendable for 3 monthly intervals.
Location: Remote and flexible work options. We expect advisors to work to their own time schedule
